Femalevoice sounds like caller just sucked helium
Bluff My Call is a Caller ID spoofing service which claims to be a leader in spoofing innovations. They have some unique features, such as notes on recorded calls, the ability to share recorded calls with others, as well as the option to go right to voicemail. In addition, their voice changing technology is better than the competition, but I believe there still must be better technology out there for this.
Starting with the sign-up process, Bluff My Call is the only service which offers an unlimited use option, with the following caveat:
Unlimited plans allow you to dial "1 Credit Per Minute" destinations for free such as the US and Canada. More expensive regions are billed on a prepaid basis. Unlimited plans are recurring and automatically renew at the end of your billing period.
In addition, Bluff My Call rewards you for buying more time upfront, giving you the ability to get 10 to 25% extra credits.
| Charge | Minutes | Bonus | $ / minute |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10 | 60 | - | $0.167 |
| $25 | 165 | 10% | $0.152 |
| $50 | 375 | 20% | $0.133 |
| $100 | 775 | 25% | $0.129 |
While Bluff My Call offers plenty of local access numbers, there is no toll-free option. In addition, when initiating a call from the web, you'll be asked to call one of these numbers – they system doesn't call you, like SpoofCard does. Here's how the system works:

The Call Records screen quickly allows you to see call history, and also gives the option to export to CSV format to import into other accounting or database software.

Clicking on a single call brings up the Call Details screen, where you can enter notes, create a link to share a recorded call with others, or listen to the call online

Bluff My Call is the only service which doesn't even offer a physical card for your wallet. However, if you have a jail-broken iPhone or Blackberry smartphone, you can install the Bluff My Call app and not need a wallet card.
Bluff My Call has a few features that others are lacking, along with better voice changing technology. If you're going to use caller ID spoofing often, the unlimited monthly option is a great deal.
